Rental Inquiry Form

To schedule a screening of a film or films, you may fill out the following form, and a Canyon Cinema staff member will get back to you promptly. You must complete one Rental Inquiry Form for each screen date (except in the case where the program of films remains the same, and there is an additional show date, the “Additional Screening Date” field may be used).

Please note that as of the launching of our new site, we are implementing a policy whereby renters within the United States must fill out and return to us a USA Rental Agreement. This form only need be submitted once per institution, and will be kept on file. Please contact us if you have any questions about this document.
