I glued cooked grasshoppers; a traditional indigenous food from Oaxaca-Mexico, directly onto 16mm film stock, then Optically Printed a single film strip. The result is an abstract colorful looped film installation that comments on fast food consumption and cultural heritage disruption or extinction to global economy.
